Since 1987 we have served in many capacities within the condominium association world, from new construction to community development, project management to sales and association management. Our depth of condominium knowledge is valuable and relative to preparing Reserve Studies.
It all starts with an information gathering process through Community Managers and Boards of Trustees. This builds the framework for which we create your detailed report. These reports are easy to read and understand.
The collection of all pertinent data is the first step in the Reserve Study process. Your Project Manager will send questionnaires to the Association Manager for completion. Once we have received all the completed questionnaires, we move to confirm this data.
A site visit is scheduled with your Project Manager to confirm all data before it is entered into our software. The length and extent of site visits will depend on the complexity and needs of the community.
Once all data is confirmed and all potential questions have been clarified the data is entered into our software. We can then run projections, multiple scenarios, and detailed reports, allowing data-driven decisions.
